We are an independent property search specialist – acting on your behalf – offering the services of a relocation company. We have access to over four hundred letting agents in London, Paragon Residential offers a multiple listing service to clients, giving impartial advice and the ability to cherry-pick the best properties available. We have established a niche market whereby prospective clients, looking to avoid the time-wasting process of approaching individual letting agents, just contact us and we do the rest of the work.
Appointments
- Discuss in detail your housing requirements, paying careful attention to specific criteria. We are able to advise on all aspects of the move (budget, neighbourhood, schools, local information, etc).
- Arrange property viewings on a date convenient to you.
- Accompany you on a driven tour of the selected properties. The tour will enable you to familiarise yourself with the neighbourhood, as well as giving you the chance to ask any questions you may have.
- Once you have selected your chosen property, we submit an offer “subject to contract” on your behalf. We will endeavour to negotiate and achieve the most favourable terms for you.
- If required, we can assist in advising on the draft tenancy agreement.
